Trying to book an appointment, it’s just pointless trying all you get is an ai doctor asks lots of questions then tells you a real doctor will be in touch! This system is only in place to hasten the demise of the elderly
The new appointment system is a lottery , depending on how you answer the myriad of questions thrown at you. And then depending on whether you are free to answer the call when the receptionist phones you back (not everyone sits at home waiting for the phone to ring, most people work ). Judging by the reviews on this site the customers of the MH Medical Centre are unanimous in their condemnation if the service (not) provided. Does the practice manager read these reviews? The appointment system is ridiculous! Who ever came up with the new online booking process should be fired! They clearly do not understand the real world and the fact that the older generations struggles with modern technology and not technology savvy. THEY HAVE MORE CHANCE MEETING WITH THEIR MAKER THAN MEETING WITH THEIR DOCTOR!
Very poor services here. Having to wait 5 weeks for a face to face with a doctor about a health issue which is worsening. Had several wattsappps about it & was told to go to A&E if it got worse !. Been told the reason is due to annual leave & recruitment issues of new doctors. PRO TIP, don’t get too excited when you eventually do get an appointment as they usually text to say it’s being cancelled ! This has happened twice now & I still don’t have a n appointment.
