Can’t fault the care and service I received from everyone at the medical centre. I used WhatsApp to request a routine appt, response within a couple of hours and an appt the same day. The doctor was thorough and I left feeling like my concerns had been listened to and acted on. Reception staff were kind and friendly. I don’t understand how there can be so many negative reviews on here, I have always received a very high standard of service and care.
This is the second time i will have posted a review. I am absolutely blown away by the fantastic service from the Medical Centre. I am really suprised to read so may negative reviews. I was dreading using the new WhatsApp system as I thought it would be painful. How wrong was i. So easy to use. Quick responses and appointments (both times) made on the same day. The level of care is fantastic. Well done everyone
What’s app appointment system what a total shambles after 25 mins questions not even given an appointment to see a GP at any time I thought this was my right to see my GP I will be putting in a formal complaint and complaining to my local MP No wonder people just goes to A& E People moaned about telephone appointments with their doctor that was a luxury It didn’t allow me to give zero stars
Recently I had a call with Dr Gallego. Although we spoke of two different issues she also took the time to follow up on an earlier conversation we'd had. It's the first time I can remember a GP making space to address the fuller picture rather than looking through the narrow lens of a one-item-per-call principle and I don't believe we over ran our time. I moved to MH last year and reluctantly moved from my previous smaller surgery in a North Leicestershire village a year after the move. I thought being in a bigger town and based on previous reviews the surgery wouldn't be much good but I was wrong and actually my experience here was much better than the overburdened surgery I've just moved from which gets much better reviews.
