This is my first experience with an osteopath. I'm so glad I've tried it. Osteopathy was recommended to me by my sister who had a problem with her back. I was suffering from pain in my hips, which was quite debilitating. Since discovering, Mark there has been a great improvement. I feel rejuvenated after each session! Fab osteopath, personalised service, good price, flexible approach. I've seen many osteopaths and Mark's approach is the most holistic and person-centred I've experienced. Would highly recommend!
Mark was kind, attentive and professional. He did a good job fixing my sprained shoulder. His process is very thorough - starting with taking a full history, observations of your movements to find root causes and then focusing on the specific areas.
