This is pathetic. i had viewing so i travelled all the way Leicester to preston and when i reached to the property, they said it's already been booked . No message no email or call from them about cancelling the viewing this how they are running business by wasting people's time and money so please don't trust this looser and lier avoid as much as you can

Nothing but praise for the team at Mark Walsh estates, the whole process from start to finish was super quick and efficient. They’re also on hand to sort out any queries or issues when they arise. I’ve had a top experience with them over the past 18months

I'll let the text messages attached do all the talking. No apology offered, and tries to make excuses instead of being accountable. Then asks me to hang around for 1.5 hours on the off chance he might be able to make it, perhaps not realising that we have jobs and commitments, and aren't simply waiting for an opportunity to view whenever he designs fit to drop in. How can I trust that my housing will be managed effectively when basic courtesy and professionalism seem to evade them? Steer clear!
