Dr. Schultzel met every expectation of excellent care and outstanding results from my shoulder surgery. I was skeptical about it, but his recommendation that surgery was the best alternative to return to full function was correct. I’m so glad I trusted him.

I had been suffering increasing shoulder pain over the last 4 years or so. I did a cursory search online and scheduled a visit with my PCP. He intimated that I might have a torn rotator cuff. Dr. Mark Schultzel is a wonderful surgeon. I fell & shattered my right shoulder. I had a total shoulder replacement by him. My first visit with him he explained what he was going to do to fix my shoulder & showed me a sample of what he was going to replace my shoulder with. He has a great personality, his bedside manner is beyond compare. Every visit I have with him he shows me the new x-rays his tech takes, explains my progress. Mark helped me in healing my fibula bone that had sustained a stress fracture back to full force. As a division 1 runner he was exactly who I needed to get me back on my feet. Dr Schultzel repaired my full thickness rotator cuff tear. It’s been a tremendous success with 100% recovery at just six months; of course I followed therapy instructions intensively. Dr Mark Schultzel is an amazing surgeon, as well as a kind and compassionate human being. A year ago I had a reverse shoulder replacement. This is a more complicated surgery but Dr Schultzel recommended it given my condition. One year later, I have no pain and an unbelievable amount of flexibility. I checked quite extensively when searching for a physician and doctor Schultzel was recommended by a wide variety of people. Trust me, you will be in excellent hands.

I experienced back to back carpal tunnel shut-down in both hands. Dr. Schultzel quickly diagnosed my condition. He surgically repaired both hands, 6 weeks apart. I have full recovery in my right hand, and about 80% in by left, and getting better. It has taken several months to recover, and he was very honest about my time frame and chances. His plan and skill were spot-on and I highly recommend him to anyone with hand issues.

Highly, highly recommend! Had torn meniscus surgery with Dr Shultzel . Doctor and his entire staff are incredibly professional and organized . From Pre op to Post op . I highly recommend Dr Shultzel for you orthopedic needs .
