I went in with several paint issues on my car, and Mark made the entire experience incredibly easy and stress-free. From the start, he kept me updated with videos throughout the process, worked around my schedule, and made sure I felt comfortable, which means a lot, especially as a woman walking into a garage. I've just been to see Mark today for a weld job on my car that partly caused a failed MOT. Hes a lovely guy and he did an absolute brilliant job on the car for an extremely reasonable price! Will have some jobs for him in future that the car will be needing and he even helped me out with the other parts that failed the MOT aswell, after I told him how much I was quoted, he took me along to one of his neighbouring mechanics Peter, who replaced my track balls and rear fog reflector for £200 cheaper than I was quoted! Huge thanks to Mark, did a fantastic job repairing a dent and paintwork on my TT. He was friendly, extremely helpful and I loved the videos and voice notes of progress which I got at each stage :) The personal service was second to none and 5 stars is absolutely deserved. Also massive thanks to Christian for the fabulous job done of my alloys as well. Highly recommend both Mark and Christian!
Mark did an excellent job on my car, it was awkward and testing, but in the end the result was fantastic. Thank you Mark , you are a skilled person and a nice chap .
Mark recently repaired a large dent and scrape down the side of my car and then resprayed the area to an outstanding finish. I found him to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Communication was brilliant too and it was great to see my car's daily progress through WhatsApp clips. The standard of Mark's work is first class and I would definitely recommend him. A top notch service from start to finish. Thank you Mark, you so deserve 5 stars!
