Went in and loved a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. We were going to lease it and agreed on the price. We got all all the paperwork ready and the keys were waiting for us. Went into the financial office to get the last signatures and the price went up!!!! I'm sorry but the promise pricing that they promise is not real! We had our hopes set and everything was ready....so not cool!
I hate shopping for cars, but Dave made the experience painless. He answered all my questions, concerns and definitely listened. I highly recommend using this dealership for your car needs! Thank you, Dave :) I love my new (used) car!
Worst experience! These people played me like a fool and still are. These guys are liars and will say anything to get you stuck in a vehicle. Be careful in buying from these guys.
Retired my 1998 Tacoma for a 2017 Subaru CrossTrek! Couldn't be happier! Dave Turcotte is the best - go see him if you want a new Subie! The price is right and there is no haggling - which makes the whole experience enjoyable!
Had quick service oil change done Friday, not impressed with service or service representative, no explanation of costs what was done etc, will not be back.
RecommendedBest buying experience ever. Jason Murdock is the man! He his super customer service and communication skills are unmatched in the industry. He adapted to my schedule to make things easy and even when he wasn't there all of the interactions I had were great. Will be back over and over again for any car needs that I have.
I can't say enough about the service and sales team here! They did me a HUGE solid and I will forever be taking my STi there for service. Massive shoutout to Lance from service, you made this awful event an overall amazing experience. I appreciate your team so much! Thank you!!
