Getting my car serviced at Mark Miller was one of the most uncomfortable experiences in a while. Perhaps it's low pressure in the sales room, but in the service center it is HIGH PRESSURE. Insofar as one of the sales guys called my insurance with the guise of checking if a windshield repair was covered and then proceeded to pressure me into opening a claim for them to bill. For one, they are still holding $1000 that they owe me back. Second, I was given the incorrect information no less than 5 times, including being told that there was no difference between Teir 1, 2 and 3 during the leasing process. Nice but undereducated sales people and management that use scare tactics to try to get what they want. I won’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

RecommendedThere has not been one time that I have taken our car in for service or needed the concierge when I wasn’t impressed with the friendliness of everyone on the staff. I would not have my car serviced anywhere else. Last week I went in with a problem with one of the windows and Nate was fantastic. I wish more businesses had customer service like Mark Miller’s.
