I've gotten two Subaru's here but I can no longer be a customer at Mark Miller Subaru. We recently were in an accident due to a recall that was not sent to owners. When working with the maintenance director here, he threw up his hands and said, "what do you want me to do?" He let us know that he does not care that more people will be hurt and that sitting in his office "is all he can do" I can't in good conscience recommend this dealer and I will tell everyone I know to stay away. What a wonderful company to work for! Pet friendly so I bring my dog in at times. Amazing amount of time and effort that they put into both their employees and the community is something to take pride in. I've worked for Mark Miller for over 5 years now and I will never regret my time here. They genuinely care about their employees as well as their customers.
