I just got my oil changed and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. I had to take my 18mo old around lunch and nap time. Car was done and we were on our way before both. Shout out to Taylor who took such good care of us.

I am forever a “Mark Miller Subaru” customer!! I recently went in for a routine tire-rotation and oil change but noticed a couple days after that my wheel was missing it’s center cap. It honestly could have fallen off anywhere but I called the Southtowne location to see if it possibly could have come off there. The rep, Skielar, who helped me was extremely helpful and responsive. So far so good...bought outback yesterday. Went through an auto buying program to avoid sales people. Cole did a good job putting the cost sheet together and was very patient with my many questions. Wasn’t rushed or pressured to purchase add’l features/services...not while talking to Cole or Chris the finance person. I feel the purchase price was good based on my research prior to going for test drive. I’ll write another review after I have some experience with their service dept.
