Very easy to work with good knowledge of the listings and the entire market good support staff. Very easy to communicate with highly recommend responsive. Her and his staff were very professional, and very easy to communicate with. He listed the property I bought and the offer, closing and follow up were done without any problems. Mark helped me sell a recreational property which had been for sale for 2 years. I appreciated his enthusiasm and diligence to negotiate and finalize the sale, not only through the x-mas season but within the necessary timeframe. Mark went above and beyond to help see the inspection results were taken care of. His reassuring and positive attitude resounded along the entire process. As I live outside of the US the document signing system he uses was a huge convenience. I have and will refer him to others.

We were very impressed with Mark. We contacted Mark and provided him with a list of what we were looking for in a home. For our first meeting he had printed out a list of potential houses and laid out a viewing route. On that first day he showed us seven houses. We contacted him the next day for another look at a house and made an offer. He quickly got our offer submitted and kept us apprised of the situation. We closed eighteen days later.
