Dealing with Mark was easy, always available for all my questions, etc. Great photos of our property. Honest about what he thought my listing price should be. Sold pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Mark sold our vacation property for us. With us living in Canada and the property being in Washington, I was expecting a bit of a hassle but Mark maid it pain free. He took care of everything including hiring a guy to inspect and pump the septic tank. Mark and his team went above and beyond of what we expected. Mark and his team are awesome! They keep reminding you of deadlines, send you notices of documents to sign, they really work to get an understanding of what you are looking for. Mark is a great choice for tech-savvy buyers and sellers, I am almost ready to close on my first home and I did it almost entirely from my cell phone!

well I had listed my property with other realtors with no success .. not any bites at all ....in each case I had asked them to sell for me and I had a price in mind ... with Mark he got in touch with me and was willing to sell for my price ....
