Live in Canada and was attempting to purchase a vacation property in Washington State. I had a very poor experience trying to buy this property with another realtor that was not upfront and honest. It made us question whether or not to buy in the US. We called Mark to give another realtor a chance. As a Canadian purchasing in Whatcom County Mark's expertise made the experience very easy and stress free. Was very helpful with the paperwork and providing guidance on the closing process. Very friendly and professional and provided excellent service. Went above and beyond by helping us move some large items during possession and followed up afterwards to ensure we were happy.

Mark was great to work with. I was viewing vacation properties in a remote place and he had no problem meeting me there multiple times. He was also easy to get along with. I definitely recommend him.
