A little disappointed, Mark Ewin did eventually come up with a buyer for our property but I had to show them around (this happened a couple of times). They weren't very communicative and when it came to trying to organise exchange I felt I had to chase them when they should have been keeping me informed. There was a very long chain and the agent at the top set up group emails so everyone was working together. We have recently purchased a house through Mark Ewin. I must say what a fantastic and professional estate agents. Firstly they made space for us to view the house with an hours notice. The communication from Oliver and the team has been fantastic. The team have a very personal approach to business. If you are thinking of selling or buying then I would definitely recommend. This is coming from a personal experience after dealing with some very unprofessional estate agents.
Although moving home is a stressful process everyone at Mark Ewin estate agents has been so very helpful, understanding and have given me excellent support. Having initially requested 3 estate agents to give me their opinion and valuation, I found Laura to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. Mark Ewin sold my parent's house for over the guide price - 2 viewings and 2 offers and it sold within a week of being on the market.
