I had an exceptional experience with Mark Evans who have recently sold our home in Tamworth. Amid a crowded market of other agents in the area, they truly stood out. Jodie, in particular, was excellent in keeping us informed throughout the entire sale process, making it a smooth and stress-free sale. Highly recommend their services!
We used Mark Evans as we were aware of their excellent reputation in the Tamworth area. The staff were all extremely polite and personable and Jodie Buckley, the contract chaser, could not have been more helpful. She proactively managed the process once the offer was made and accepted and the sale was completed seamlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I purchased a property that was up for sale through March Evans.. there were a few issues with the purchase however Jody at Mark Evans helped with negotiations with the seller and ensured that all issues were resolved amicably. I know that this estate agent also went above and beyond to assist the seller, who was vulnerable in many ways. I would highly recommend this estate agent as I think they offered a more personal and caring touch than other Agents would have. Thanks Jody!
