I arranged for Mark to measure a bedroom, stairs, hall, living room and kitchen. He said he would attend my house three days later and would call before he attended. No show/ contact. I called him later that evening and he did say he was very busy but had a block of time two days later to which he attended. I arranged to meet him at his lock up and he would call first.
