Not skilled enough for an experienced tiler - tiles not level enough (tiles higher than the adjacent tiles), leaving frames in the bathroom full of dark grout without tidying up the mess

This is a true account of events. We hired Mark to convert a bathtub into a walk-in shower, fully tiled shower basin and to tile one bathroom wall and bathroom floor. Although his tile work on the wall and floor was ok, the shower basin job was done incorrectly: the floor was incorrectly slanted, so water was pooling and standing outside of the drainage area.
