When working with Mark Anthony Estates the whole process was an absolute breeze from start to finish. Mark was super friendly and responsive, his communication was second to none. A very positive and organised experience.
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Sold my apartment in days! The photos were fantastic so professional, had a number of viewings in days and sold within the first 10 days. Recommended to my neighbour who also did the same. Highly recommend these guys fees reasonable and great value for money!
Put an offer on a house through this company to be told the house was going to final bids , we offered £8k more on the house and we was told we got out bid and lost out!! … it’s still for sale now 🫢😂 jokers !! We bought from elsewhere!!
I recently tried to purchase a property listed with Mark Anthony and found the team to be really helpful. However, when I later enquired about listing my own home with them, the experience was completely different. I was told they wouldn’t market my property as it wasn’t in WA4 or WA5—despite them having multiple listings outside of those areas, including the one we previously viewed and even one on my own street. Really disappointing. I wouldn’t waste my time with them again.
From start to finish, Mark Antony set the bar for what I would expect from an estate agent. I was very impressed with what was included in the initial package - good photographer, many rightmove perks, reasonable estate agent fee. Then along the process, both Jodie & Helen were very helpful, informative and reassuring throughout. The house moving process is always a stressful time, but they definitely contributed to making it as seamless as possible.
