I was referred to Dr. G by a colleague of mine. They were with me with my miscarriage and subsequent pregnancy. I ended up having a few issues with my pregnancy and was referred to the MFM office (they were equally amazing). Towards the end of my pregnancy, I ended up with preeclampsia and was taken care of with the birth of my child. I never had an issue with scheduling and was always brought in immediately if something looked awry.
This office diagnosed me with PCOS which was accurate. However I asked multiple times to go on Clomid to help me get pregnant and they went with a “wait and see” method for four months, causing me hundreds of dollars and time in unnecessary procedures (we’re talking multiple ultrasounds and blood tests to see if I ovulated every month, which I didn’t without help of meds.) He calls personally when their is a concern. At visit or on phone, he tells you exactly what illness you have, causes and treatments.
Wow, I am surprised to see some negative comments. He delivered my 2 boys 6 years apart. He definitely has his own sense of humor (which I actually like), and he is so straight. He tells you clearly the situation and the options which you have, no water and waste of my time on general info which I don’t want to here. Makes quick decisions if necessarily which can save your baby. He is the best!
Dr.Gapinski is the best doctor ever!! My fiancé & I loved his sense of humor and he truly cares about his patients. He's great at explaining everything in detail & makes you feel so comfortable. He just delivered my first baby & I couldn't have asked for a better doctor to be by my side! His staff is also amazing & I love that his office is located in the hospital!! I feel so lucky to have found him!
Just nope! Painful cervical checks, sarcastic with comments, horrible bedside manner. He intimidates patients until they crack or leave. Nurses are exasperated by his jerky bravado.

This is the WORST doctor’s office I have EVER encountered! If you value your time and body do NOT go to this place! They will CANCEL your appointment for any reason what so ever. I waited several weeks to see the doctor, and was canceled by his staff member named Jennifer. She has to be the rudest person ever to walk to earth, (no joke). I was in tears with her on the phone of my very sensitive, major issues I was having and she had no care in the world and still took it upon herself to cancel m
Sadly, we had a difficult birthing experience under the care of this physician. He was very intent on dictating the entire course of care, often without offering much in the way of reasonable explanation, even becoming aggressive when we asked questions and raised legitimate concerns. He may have experience, but the lack of respect he showed to my family during this intimate, emotional time will undoubtedly resonate with us for a very long time.
