Excellent well organised boat we had “Debbie” was well equipped and perfect for our 4 day trip. Definitely recommend. 😊
Marine Cruises were brilliant. So very helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The narrow boat we had, Debbie, was immaculate and very well equipped. Stuart saw us off and through our first lock, he gave us lots of great advice and confidence. We definitely recommend them and we will be booking again with them, hopefully the Falkirk Wheel next.
We are finally home from our trip on the beautiful Marine Cruises narrow boat ‘Kimberley’ in May.We were delighted with everything to do with our canal holiday. The customer service from Hayley, David and the team before, during and after the trip; the beautiful boat, authentic, delightful, comfy and practical; the information provided for a smooth trip, from pubs to eat at, a map to follow our way and hints and tips.Such an exceptional holiday on the canals of England and Wales. Highly recommend.
Very poor customer service. Paid over 1k for a 2 1/2 day trip. 1 1/2 days of the trip nothing worked on the boat and there was no offer to fix the boat on route or any offer of any refund. Would not recommend at all
Thank you to all at Marine Cruises! A really helpful team, a great boat and a wonderful experience. We had to change our plans mid holiday owing to difficult circumstances and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They work seamlessly with the waterways team and provided everything we needed for a lovely holiday.
