Mariana was lovely and provided really helpful insights into some knee pain that I was having. The tips and exercises she suggested have helped a lot! Thank you so much!
Mariana was brilliant at helping to treat my lower back pain, and also helping me understand the cause of the pain and how to effectively address it in the future. Since then, I have not had any recurrence of the pain / discomfort at all. Mariana was super friendly and very patient in dealing with all my questions, and I could not recommend her more highly!
Mariana was great. Went in with neck and shoulder issues. After two good sessions all pain was gone and mobility back to normal. She gave me great exercises to work on at home which would have played a huge part in the recovery. Highly recommended!
I see Mariana regularly for a sports massage with osteo. It helps to prevent injuries and to deal with any twinges, aches or pains. Mariana is fantastic! She is so knowledgeable , helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!
