I also had the misfortune of been allocated this company from an insurance claim….. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do not allow this company in your home, 12 weeks I was left with a hole in my ceiling. The gentleman who was supposed to complete work was let in my home and walked out to his van never to be seen again. Once I had called to ask where he had gone he had told the office he waited outside for 20 minutes with no answer. We had suspected asbestos and they never even told us, we have two young children. I also had the misfortune of dealing with this company. They came to repair a crack amd fill a void underneath the lounge floor, they arrived on time with absolutely no materials. The one builder had to leave and fetch materials whilst the other chipped away at the floor. At 3pm they downed tools put up a temporary frame to protect what was now a huge hole in the floor and left saying the whole floor needed replacing. I've found all of the contractors and the team in the office to be really helpful and friendly. They've gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, keep me informed and make sure I'm happy with the work.

I had the misfortune of dealing with this company through an insurance claim with Nationwide Building Society. Credit where credit is due - their contractors are very good - polite, informative, tidy and respectful of customer service but oh my goodness; their Directors and office staff are rude, curt, unmindful of customer service and tardy.
