Unprofessional, I arranged to view a property at 10:00 I arrived on time and waited 15 minutes for nobody to turn up I would later received a text at 10:56 saying my appointment had been cancelled which obviously too late by then, I don't appreciate my time being wasted and when you're facing homelessness I'm thinking about suicide everyday it doesn't help matters but obviously they don't care because they have plenty of people lined up this company should be ashamed of themselves

Although I ultimately didn't put an offer in on the property, the staff here were fantastic at providing all the information I needed to make an informed decision. They were honest, quick to reply, and flexible to accommodate a last minute viewing. Would absolutely recommend.
