Friendly helpful folk, great range of furniture and other household stuff!
Fantastic shop, great prices, friendly staff, amazing finds
We took several large carloads of furniture, clothes, electricals and other items to the Tivoli Brooks branch. All staff we dealt with were polite and helpful. More than this, they genuinely seemed grateful for the donations. As a family, we hope our donations will raise a decent amount towards the sterling work all at Pilgrims carry out for unwell folk. Good luck for the future!
I would just like to give a big shout out to Ian at Tivoli for his amazing service when I visit the shop but also, to all of the delivery drivers. Today I had a wardrobe delivered by Dave and Jay and it is not easy going into my property but nothing was too much trouble and this goes for all of the delivery drivers. I have purchased a number of items of furniture from Pilgrims and all of the drivers have always been polite, friendly and considerate. Thank you to all of you
