We had the most wonderful stay here. The staff was just amazing - so personable and helpful! They acknowledged my 13 year old daughter by name and encouraged her to explore the hotel. It was more than we ever expected .... And the breakfast.... Oh my word!
I always love coming here to stay. I am an opera singer and come to take lessons with my teacher who is now at Northwestern, after leaving New York. I stay here every time. Catherine and the staff are lovely. Breakfast in the parlor is exquisite. I sit for hours just reading and soaking up the peace. Old world charm, indeed. I would choose this place any day over the fast paced frenzy of big popular hotel chains.
We had a blast when we came! Would love to come visit again.
