The family and I loved this Inn. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this Inn for all families.
Worst hotel ever.
Worst customer service I've seen in the whole choice network. Staff escalated my frustration with each tiny issue. Only 4 hours in I asked if I could get i refund if I checked out . And I shortened my stay to one night with the b.s. i reached before even getting a key. Don't stay here.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are fit for a King. I loved the ambience.
I felt very relaxed when I returned from a busy weekend packed with activities. Don't miss the opportunity to stay at this unique Inn when you come to Chicago.
I parked were they told me to park and my car was towed with there hang tag on the mirror were I was told to put it night guy same out and said I was in the wrong spot but could see that the area that was told was full and it was a miss understanding and would get it fixed would have a cab for me the next day so the next day we got a call at 11 if we were checking out ask about my car and was told could not help by different guy now I have been waiting for the manager to call me her name is Kathryn Weimer I am still waiting ... read more
