Charming rooms, a friendly, accommodating staff and fresh French pastries for breakfast made the stay very relaxing and enjoyable.
Absolutely poor customer services over the phone, Katherine, I believe is the name of the lady that spoke to. Not only was she rude but she failed to inform me about my paying in advance to receive a discount. Never told me it was nonrefundable. They basically scammed me out of $500 & charged me immediately (a month before my intended stay). I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which they failed to respond to. Cozy, classy, comfy. Location is great too, and staff can't be geat. Walking to Bennisons Bakery, hard to top that.
Clean, very comfortable, nicely decorated. Centrally located. Wonderful breakfasts.
