At my first session of hypnotherapy with Margaret, I presented with a tangle of interlinked thoughts I needed to resolve. Margaret assimulated this information and what really resonated with me was how Margaret not only listened and showed empathy, but she really heard me. Margaret is brilliant, she is very thorough and really spends time getting to know everything about you and the best way to help. She is lovely and very down to earth, her sessions have helped me a lot. Highly recommend :)
I met with Margaret some months ago now for hypnotherapy to try to alleviate my stress and anxiety levels and my resultant skin problems. The sessions have worked wonders and have helped immensely. I cannot recommend Margaret enough.
I went to see Margaret for my fear of water. She put me at ease the moment I met her and she really listened to my worries. After my sessions I felt amazing, so confident, content and very positive. I have been able to achieve so much from going to the pool by myself, feeling happy in the water and so much calmer when in the water.
