On 22 November 2024 I had a 1hr physiotherapy session with Mareen Frost. It was my first visit. My problem is acute insomnia, which lately has become extreme. There is no pain. To me it feels like upper body tension - a complete inability to keep still and relax. I found Mareen to be very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, a good listener, and logical and analytical in her questioning. I have had the pleasure of being guided by Mareen in my Pilates journey for the past year, and I am truly grateful for her expertise and dedication. Mareen has been my at-home Pilates teacher, and her sessions have been nothing short of fantastic. Mareen's extensive knowledge of Pilates is evident in every session. I first went to see Mareen for pain due to early onset of Arthritis in my hip. Fixed. I also went to see her with sciatica pain resulting from a locked muscle pressing on the nerve. Fixed. I’ve been to see her when I’ve put ribs out and she relieves them. She continues to help me manage my back issues and works hard trying to get me to correct my posture. Mareen is a brilliant Physio and I’d highly recommend her.
Mareen is very caring. Asks questions and actually listens to your reply. Then applies work to the area & ensures that if it's painful to let her know. Then she adapts the work she is doing. Highly recommend
