Marcus Jordan are the best letting agents Stef and I have ever encountered, Still amazed it’s been 8 years at the same property, you were there whenever we needed you guys. Excellent service, friendly and professional. Sad to move away for work as we loved the property, it was our home and we will miss it.

We have used Marcus Jordan in various capacities from "tenant find" to "full management" to using some of their tradespeople. Having been a Landlord for 15 years, with multiple properties, and a Letting agent for six months we inevitably came across a Landlord's worst nightmare. My experience with Marcus Jordan & Co has been entirely positive. As a newcomer to renting, I have mainly interacted with Ryan. His explanations have been very clear, his knowledge has been endless and his patience with my many questions has been much appreciated.
They act nice up front but will screw you over at every opportunity once moved in. False claims and evidence were submitted to the DPS following the end of my tenancy resulting in my losing the entirety of my deposit after a 1 year tenancy, despite the house being returned in a clean and well maintained condition. They took over 5 months to replace my front door after it was mistakenly broken down by police, I was forced to pay the bill or else be left with a flimsy sheet of chipboard covering the door.
