Lack of communication and professionalism. Moved us into a “furnished” property but was still under renovations and people viewing the place the day we were supposed to move in. Forced to find our own accomodation for the week until the property was ready but still pay full rent. Moved out 4 years later, never missed a payment and asked for a reference. 1 month later still not able to provide a reference.

Recently moved as a tenant into a Marcus Cooper property. The move was incredibly smooth, the pre-move dialogue + documentation (Katie D) extremely efficient and the team very pleasent to deal with. They have clearly gone above and beyond to make sure the property was in great condition moving in. Also had a very pleasent experience with their awesome Agent Nina who was a delight in helping us. Pleased all round.
