I had a few physio sessions here with Theo after hurting my upper back doing pole fitness. Theo gave me some exercises to do, and also treated my back with acupuncture and massage. After 3 sessions i could already go back to pole without getting back pain. I really appreciated how Theo encouraged me to continue my hobby safely, and helped me with my anxiety around re-injuring myself.
I’ve had an amazing experience at Marcohealth with Gerlando. He is very attentive, carefully listens, asks relevant questions and gives good and practical recommendations that actually work. Of course you have to put the effort in, but I think he’s really good at suggesting the quickest route to full recovery. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family. And if I injure myself again (which I’m sure I will) I would absolutely come back to see Gerlando again.
