I had three different plumbers coming in from the 'large companies" between 2001 and 2024. It was an annual thing. I don't know what they did and water would somehow flow. The last one, in Nov even misinformed us about where the kitchen water flows to. Charlie and team showed me, using a purple liquid. Removed a chunk of stuff that looked like a rock. Excellent service, answered immediately, quoted transparently and professionally, visited the property within 1 hour for a drain jetting job after a standard plumber was unable to assist. Reasonable price. Very happy with the outcome. Will use again.
I reached out in the evening, came the next day. Drain was unblocked in no time. Came and went in approx 10 mins. Also cleaned the area with disinfectant. Receipt emailed over the same day. Thanks.
My issue wasn’t urgent but my call was returned promptly and an appointment made. Amir sorted the issue, was polite and friendly, for a reasonable price. Would thoroughly recommend
