I rented off Alan who runs Marble properties for just over 2 years from July 23 till September 25, and I have to say he was an excellent landlord, if there was any problems, he got it fixed very quickly, he got the gas and electric checks yearly. It is unusual nowadays to get a decent principled human being as a landlord, of which I found Alan to be. I really can't complain about Marble properties, a very good landlord.
Rented property when I received keys my son noticed window was broken. Landlord said he would send parts to fix. Soon to find part from sink was missing had to fix myself. Then other problems showed up like rubbish hidden in bunker. Rats landlord said this is not his bunker. If landlord looks he will see 2 bunkers one for his and other. Any way the problems with the property he said I did. Spoke to neighbours and I am not the 1st person he did this 2 In other words I will not get ny deposit back don't rent from them
