Much Improved – Rosie was very quick to address this issues I had with my haircut. Vanessa repaired my hair and have loved it ever since. Vanessa is one of the best hair-dressers I have ever had! I definitely will be coming back for my next cut.

LOVED IT!! – Now I know why this place has such good reviews. Just had my hair coloured and cut and walked out feeling fabulous and that is exactly how you should feel when you walk out of a salon. Loni did my hair and did a great job. All the other staff, reception etc.. were all wonderful also. Thank you and looking forward to my next visit already!!!

Worth driving an hour and a half! – After reading excellent reviews on Citysearch about Marbella, I decided to give it a try. I made an appointment with Eduardo and was very satisfied with my cut and the service provided. I have naturally curly hair that had been chemically straightened many times and wanted to go back to my natural curl. BEST COLOR EVER! – I came into the salon really not quite so sure of what it is that I wanted. Sophia worked with me and talked me through what would and wouldn't look good for my skin's undertones. She really listened to me, which nobody had ever done. I really explained to her that I wanted NO BRASSINESS! And, that is what I got. My hair color is Beautiful! My husband even noticed! Best Haircut I've Ever Had! – I'm too busy to spend much time writing online reviews, but I HAD to write this one to say how much I LOVE my haircut! Katie was very meticulous, took her time and managed to give me a haircut better than anything I ever imagined. Hands down THE most fantastic salon experience I have ever had – As someone who has donated their hair to Locks of Love and Wigs for Kids for 4 years, I have gone through a number of pretty drastic transformations when it comes to my hair. Best salon ever! – I've been to Marbella to have my hair done twice and have been very, very satisfied both times. Eduardo and Rosie's folks are super - from the front desk to the stylists.
horrible customer service – these people were very rude. i have a smart circle card and they refuse to honor it. i have never had any problems with the smart circle corp. before and if i were to find a good spa i would stay there. i will never go here absolutely horrible.

We used Smart Circle for a period of 3 months. They sold more coupons than we allowed so we suspended their service. That was back in May 2007. WE have contacted the company many times and they said on many occassions they would stop. As I saw they are still for sale. Beware!!! The company is selling them without our consent and we are investigating this matter further. Our company has suffered many losses because of this and only Smart Circle is profiting. Absolutly Wonderful Salon – I have been using Edwardo & Loni for about 4years now. I go in about twice a year and every time they remember me. I don't mean my name I mean things like my mom, my dogs etc... Real personal service. That is just the icing on the cake cause they are true professionals.
