Amazing Facials – I have been coming to Melissa for facials for 3 months now. I never thought it would be possible to have even skin tone and almost rid myself of acne scars. I have been to dermatologist after dermatologist. Even going to the extreme of getting facial peels but still being left very unsatisfied with my skin. I have been on a bi-monthly facial series and seen dramatic results. I have confiedence that I've never had before now and I would have to say Melissa's knowledge and products have helped tremendously.
Multicultural Stylist - Vanessa Is Great!! – I was scared to get my hair cut by someone I didn't know. Vanessa was very friendly and knowledgeable about different hair products. She knew how to style and cut my hair. She used products on my hair that didn't weigh it down. I have received a lot of complements from people thanks to Vanessa. I have finally found a good hair stylist!!
Great Haircut, Beautiful Spa, Unbeatable! – I've been visiting Eduardo's salon for the last two years or so since another person recommended him to me. At first, I was skeptical that any hair salon would be able to meet with my approval. Best place to get your hair done! – Loni is one of the top hair dressers in the salon. If you need to get hair extensions Loni is the person to go to. I've been going there for nearly two years and always walk out satisfied. See you today Loni :)
Brazillian wax was painless – And I say that as a 20-something who has had many. Ask for Katie!! She's very professional and thorough - I left with almost no strays and it was relatively painless - it may have been the hard wax (as opposed to the regular hot wax) or we just talked so much it took my mind off it. Did not live up to expectations – Marbella did not live up to expectations of getting a great color and cut. I had three different appointments for color and cut. Each time I had to have them do a color correction. I have fine hair and each time they didn't leave the toner in long enough. My hair looked like zebra stripes! We are sorry to hear a review like this. Since we cannot figure out even after extensively searching our files who this is. If you could call us so that we can somehow rectify the situation. Although you probably do not want to return we want to know if there is anything else we can do. Please call us at your earliest convinience so that we help somehow. The atmosphere is very relaxed and unprententious (hard to find!), and it's very reasonable considering the talent of the stylists/colorists. Marbella rocks! – I've been going to Eduardo for my haircut for over 10 years and have always loved the job he has done. I've always been treated with respect and kindness. Marbella always offers to get a drink for me upon my arrival. In the event of needing to reschedule or to confirm my appointment, Marbella always contacts me. Prices are fair and reasonable. I would recommend Marbella to anyone.
Marbella Spa and Salon.....A New Yorker's Find! – One of the biggest apprehensions I had about moving from New York to here was finding a stylist that could cut my hair and make me as happy as the stylist that I had been going to for over 20 years.
