Great Customer Service! – This was my first time going to Marbella's and the experience was very pleasant! The hair stylist Vanessa listened to my concerns and reservations about color. She was very attentive and friendly! The owners were down to earth and very hospitable. I recommend this salon to anyone that loves being pampered and appreciated as a customer. Ask for Vanessa!
Great clips – My hair is difficult to style...it's fine, flat and oily, but since I started using Katie at Marbella my hair has never looked so GOOD! She knows techniques to create volume that no other hairstylist has ever used before, and she showed me products that have done an outstanding job of controlling the oil in my hair....I think for the first time in my life I am content with my hair. What a team! – Eduardo has been cutting my hair for about 5 years and I can honestly say I have never left his chair regretful or unhappy with any of my cuts/styles. Recently, I decided to go bold and get some hair color. I let Rosie "do her thing" and I am so glad I did. I have received so many compliments! Eduardo rocks! – Ever since moving from Austin to Houston four years ago, I have been on a quest for a stylist who could replicate the haircuts I used to get in Austin. Bad customer service – Overall, the haircuts, color, and blowouts are generally good and almost worth the money. However, I think that the customer service could REALLY be improved, especially for the costs that are charged. From reading the other reviews, I am not the only one who feels this way. Some of the people that work there are very friendly- Rosie, Vanessa, Trang, and Katie come to mind. There is also a new older woman that works there who is very attentive. 3 years of stellar service! – I began going to Marbella when I first moved to Houston. Way too overpriced for a horrible dye job – I went there for the first time a few months ago, for my first highlights ever and i regret choosing to go there.The lady Vanessa that they assigned me to did a horrible job and now til this day i cant get my hair fixed. Best Massage Ever – I found Marbella on City Search and watched the video. The ambience viewed online caught my eye so I decided to schedule a massage appointment. The Hair Wizard – Ask my mom or anyone I went to high school with - my hair is unruly and I am not into doing all the work it takes to make it look normal.
