Be very cautious about arranging to view a property. The office will send you an email saying the property in question is up for sale by the owner. What a load of tripe. Silly white lies! Not at all impressive. Best to totally avoid. And also be aware of the pre-rent tenancy forms to complete just to get a possible viewing!
I was looking for a relative a house for rent round the corner from me, the board to let sign went up an hr ago before I looked online, the house was already let and agreeing terms with a new tennent. Wow, it must be a superb letting centre to go that quick, so I asked my relative to keep looking on their website in future.
Cannot recommend Mapleleaf enough. Nicki and Nichola are both very professional and supportive. I have been a client for nearly 3 years and they have always been very fair and courteous.
