I had a very bad experience renting through Maple Estate. I was a tenant in one of their shared houses and the way they operated was completely unprofessional. Agents would come into the house at random times without giving any notice, despite me repeatedly asking them to at least ring the bell or knock. At one point I was even accused of owing thousands of pounds in rent, only for it to turn out they actually owed me £40.
