Martin is highly recommended! We called him when I noticed signs of a rat living under the floorboards at my elderly mothers house. He arrived promptly and set about not only catching the rat, but thoroughly checking and eradicating the entry and exit points the rats were using. Martin is a lovely guy, communicates throughout what he's doing and is always on hand to answer your questions. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again.. 5 stars!
