I would never use this company ever again. They dont give a dam about the tenants. We rented 2 properties and the first one was sold so we had to move again. The 2nd property we got locked out after moving all day and were knackered they wouldn't come to let us back in so my children and I were left out in the cold. Then the 2nd property was supposed to be a long term let. It was very dated so asked if the owners would update just the kitchen and the next day we were given notice. Excellent letting agency. Highly recommend.
Map Lettings managed our tenancy for 8 years and in all that time were superb to deal with. They carried out the 3-monthly inspections in a friendly manner and any problems were dealt with speedily and efficiently. Communications with the office staff, either by email or telephone, were hassle free and completely professional. I would definitely use this company again, if I were looking to rent, and would highly recommend them to anyone else.
The Map Lettings team are great ! Very sensitive to both landlord and tenants needs . They ensure all issues are swiftly looked after and follow up things very diligently 11/10 !
