We cannot fault the way Mo dealt with us, from first contact to the hand-over of our first electric car from BYD Mantles Royston. In fact we were so impressed with the cars and the service, we bought two. The whole process was seamless and we would not hesitate to recommend both the cars and the dealership.

Tried to gloss over a crack on the windshield when buying a used car. Assured me that it is an esthetic chip that has been treated and will definitely, in no uncertain terms, not expand, and sent an email as a guarantee to stand by their statment. Well the crack did expand a week later. When prompted and notified with photos, they ignored my email, knowing that I had to replace it quick before it becomes dangerous. Lied and said anything to make the sale and did not stand by their promise.
