We bought a property back in summer 2017 and were generally happy with the process and high specification - no real issues here and the price does reflect this. Snagging was relatively prompt and acceptable but sadly to a poor standard in places (e.g. decorating) in comparison with the promised finish and little flexibility/options for ensuring it is done well.
