I visited the sauna on the 19th April for the first time and found the place very disappointing, the steam room is big but very poor steam you have to open the door to push a red button on the wall for it to work, the dry heat sauna has hardly any heat, This sauna is based on the fourth floor of a casino the stairs on entry are dirty and the reception area has worn out flooring,but I can say the staff were polite and helpful.
Been coming here for 9 years. Very chilled atmosphere. Non judgemental. All are welcome no matter your looks or body size. Great staff who make you feel welcome. If you nervous about going. Don't be!
Was in Plymouth for the weekend so decided to check this place out, very nice busier then I expected. Staff and customers were friendly and chatty and prices were reasonable. Went on a Friday and Saturday night and enjoyed myself both times. Defiantly worth a visit if in the South West.
Clean and friendly
We drove an hour to the venue only to be turned away at the door because my trans male partner didn’t appear masculine enough. The receptionist had the audacity to say that unless he was medically transitioning he could not be admitted. This is despite their website stating that it was trans inclusive quote “our trans friends add a special sparkle to the mix”.
