How this GP improved there status from inadequate to good this year is a joke and clearly derived from how fast they close patches cases without providing any care whatsoever. When you can see a Doctor there good but the office staff are rude, deliberately unhelpful, and just focused on their stats. It’s time this surgery was taken over by people who actually care, zero stars.
Gone dramatically downhill in recent years. No personal service anymore, no one wants to take ownership of anything or go out of their way to help. Their answer to anything is....put a PATCHS in!
Issue after issue after issue with this surgery. In relation to myself, I really could into a 5 week timeline of failures, incorrectly ordered tests, not reading results correctly, failing to pick up letters from the hospital, failing to action hospital requests, asking me to contact the lab that ran my tests to ask that they email the surgery because they claimed they couldn't see results or received a notification sent to both them and another health organisation who informed me of my diagnosis. Worryingly shocking. Far too many concerns to log here. I found another practice and immediately had my worries confirmed.. the service received here was poor. I hope I never cross the doors of this practice again. I rarely write reviews but felt it important I had to in this case.
They stop you getting repeat prescription with no explanation as to why You email them to ask what the problem is,they don't reply They're never available on patch's. And all they want you to do is have blood tests
