Having used another “physio” locally and been utterly dissatisfied, I was recommended to Hannah & her team. I cannot rate them highly enough. Within 5 mins of meeting Hannah Neat she had assessed me and knew exactly what the problem was. I’m four weeks into being treated but without these guys it would have taken even longer! My experience at Mansfield Park has been wonderful. I felt genuinely heard and supported every step of the way, and most importantly, they took the first step in referring for scans and surgery. Seeing Sophie and Hannah was such a positive experience—they're both incredibly kind, caring, and patient, making me feel valued and understood. I contacted Mansfield Park Physio about a frozen shoulder subsequent to an arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. Hannah has been excellent-knowledgeable, listens, and has a great couch side manner-positive and very encouraging. My shoulder is a lot more mobile than it was 3 weeks ago. I also had a couple of hydrotherapy sessions with Sophie which helped. Sophie also knowledgeable and encouraging. I would heartily recommend.

This practice understands riders and can help us to use our bodies more effectively. Its practitioners are good listeners and take a personalised approach. Being treated as an individual is so important to recovery from injury and when developing a maintenance regime to take away. A friendly service, easy to book.
