Disappointed with this medical center. I have been with this practice for 10 years. I changed my address recently by moving 7 houses up the road and received a letter to make me aware I wasn’t in the catchment area and would need to find another practice.
The worst practice ever. My son is not well 2 weeks (fever and cough) and there is no chance see a doctor because they would rather make a call phone and say thats a virus. They just take a money from goverment for nothing, that place is a joke.
Disgusting patient care. They refuse to see patients in person, will ask for a picture of your ailment and then complain that you can’t take a good enough picture, despite doing your best when you’re in pain and feeling vulnerable. I was asked to take pictures of the back of my throat despite the fact that I'm in agony and can barely open my mouth. Joke !! You'll die before they help you. Is there any doctor there at all? because the nurse does everything not to see him! Additionally, they use strange methods of treating pain throat and enlarged tonsils, do a smear test for which you wait a day and then they tell you to repeat it because something went wrong and it continues again... and you are suffering and they don't give a damn thank for help from Tuesday . For basic treatment what should be 5 min and done ! Joke !!
Just moved to this surgery a few months ago. Incredibly pleased with the level of efficiency with all aspects of the practice. The reception staff are approachable and professional. It's easy to get an appointment. I don't feel rushed when consulting with the GPs. They listen to what I'm saying. Overall, I feel they're providing a brilliant service.
