What a nightmare this Practice, sadly still is. I thought it was too good to be true, when i saw someone lovely on New Years Eve 2025. Someone who actually listened and prescribed the correct antibiotics i asked for. Trish Lawson is amazing. Some lovely Receptionists too. But the GP Pharmacists, a waste of space. Plus it has taken 4 days to get my Preventer Inhaler changed, after agreed at Asthma Review on Monday 5th January. Two Triage Forms in 2 days. Phone calls also by me. I would give no stars if that were possible. I contacted the surgery to arrange an appointment to have stitches removed and was spoken to in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner by a male receptionist. When asked when I would like the appointment, I replied “as soon as possible.” In response, I was spoken to sharply and told that I could not call and expect an appointment the same day. I moved from a Borehamwood practice that was absolutely appalling- no appointments and no proper treatments. This practice is a breath of fresh air. I only have been a year with the practice and I am happy to see that they are efficient and helpful. It reminds me of the old days when doctors gave a dam about patients and tried to help them in a quick and helpful manner. I hope you stay this way. Thank you.

So bad. I only booked here because Borehamwood MVP had no appointments. My appointment was at 11:50 and it’s now 13:00, still waiting, with other “scheduled” appointments being seen ahead of us. I don’t understand the point of booking a timed appointment at this practice if it’s not followed at all. Doctor was great can’t complain.

I took my son to see Dr Aslam today with low expectations for an ongoing condition and couldn't be happier with the appointment! She was so thorough, kind and really listened to my concerns. It felt like she really cared and wanted to help. We've always had a good experience with Manor View but this topped it :)
