If you love your relative, avoid this home. There a couple of lovely, genuine carers here (shout out to Nadia), but aside from that it was terrible. The manager in charge is rude and dismissive. Cash went missing and an inventory form was forged. Police investigated. theres a lack of organisation, e.g. Hairdresser and podiatrist never available despite multiple calls. Lack of communication as a lot of staff are 'bank' and don't know answers to questions. I feel for anyone living here that doesn't have a relative looking out ... read more
Do not understand the 5* reviews on here..in the last year this place has gone down hill big style to the detriment of its residents.
