Horrible to deal with, four days till move in they tell us that the Siberian Husky that we told them about from day one was not allowed. They had 2 weeks to tell us of this rule! In all of our paperwork we always wrote down Siberian Husky. So now 4 days before we are supposed to move in, we have nowhere to go. Their excuse is that they weren't aware of this themselves until they showed the contract to the property manager. What a joke!
Can't wait to move in!! The apartment is BEAUTIFUL! Hollie has been more than enough help and she keeps me up to date on everything!

Velocity is a great place to live. I love the awesome staff, the nice, modern style of the apartments, and our balcony. The Gulch is also a great place to live if you love micro breweries.
I love living in the Velocity! Perfect location and AMAZING people who work in the leasing office. They always let the community know of updates happening in the building and are extremely helpful even when it comes to something as simple as coordinating a package delivery while you are not in the building. The gym and parking garage are two other amazing perks of living here. It truly is a great community of people and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
I love Velocity because of the great staff here and the great location. Velocity also has all new renovations and urban decor. I like the gym as well and my two parking spots!
Amazing place to live. Especially since the new Management took over. Really bringing this place over the top. And I can walk outside to Biscuit Love. Hard to not love living here!
Love living here! The apartments have unique modern interiors. The neighborhood is great – so many restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance. Also, the staff is fantastic!
