I’ve lived here for a year now and I’m sad to leave to move to a different state. Absolutely LOVED living here. Staff and maintenance have always been super responsive and helpful. Would definitely move back here if I come back to Nashville!
There have to be better options out there. I have had too many bad experiences with this place to recommend it.
I love Velocity! I've been here since May 2017 and I've had nothing but a fantastic experience over the last year. The staff have been amazing (and always friendly), the residents are great, and the amenities (the gym, the rooftop lounge, etc.) are perfect! Velocity has definitely made my transition from CA to TN so much easier...I LOVE my new home here.
Very convenient location, great amenities and a wonderful group of people in the office!

I love living here! The staff is great and management is constantly improving the facility. Maintenance team are always super friendly and take care of items quickly. :)
